As the career services manager and coach at FlexJobs, Toni Frana helps people find flexible and remote jobs through career coaching, facilitating webinars, and writing résumés. Her goal is to empower job seekers with the best information, tools, and resources in order to be highly confident in searching for jobs suited to their personal and professional goals.

Toni brings over 16 years of experience coaching individual job seekers at all career levels and small business owners at varying stages in their business growth and development. She also offers career, job search, hiring, and work-life balance advice on acclaimed media outlets like Business Insider, HuffPost, and CNBC. Prior to joining FlexJobs in 2018, she owned her own franchise and supported other franchise owners in launching their new businesses. Toni earned a M.S. degree in Family Studies, and holds a national certification as an Online Profile Expert (NCOPE). 

As a military spouse, work flexibility has allowed Toni to grow in her career, while giving her the chance to facilitate multiple cross-country moves and better manage the stresses that come along with these transitions. Outside of work, Toni enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying out new recipes, walking on the beach, and earning achievements through the Peloton app.
