Transition and Employment Mentor, MOAA Pikes Peak Chapter

Col. Nanette Brédé Mueller, USA (Ret)

Nanette Brédé Mueller is a difference-maker. Following her successful retirement after 29 years with the Army as a strategic planner and program manager, Nanette continues as a servant leader, volunteering thousands of hours to the veteran community focusing on career transition, spouse employment and national and state legislative issues helpful to our military, veterans, and their families.

Seeing a need to empower the veteran-community to better transition from uniform to civilian success, she established Prep Connect 360, a weeklong workshop, 10 years ago and has directly and positively impacted quality of life for thousands of veterans, working military spouses, and family members.

Nanette is an award-winning volunteer, to include being selected as the 2020 El Paso County, Colo., Veteran of the Year, in the nation’s largest veterans community. She is also an award willing volunteer with Employer Support of Guard and Reserve (ESGR) and a Distinguished Partner and Community Ambassador with Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center advocating for Front Range military-affiliated constituents.

In her “spare time”, she continues to use her community networking and connectivity skills leading and motivating teams to success in direct sales and marketing. She loves helping business owners create successful business strategies for long term customer satisfaction and employee retention.
