As the Senior Director of Business Development, Products and Services, Chief Master Sgt. Mark Stevenson, USAF (Ret), serves as director of affinity partner relationships and oversees the strategic direction of partner contracted services endorsed by MOAA to enhance the member value proposition. He employs comprehensive defined business development strategies to identify, initiate, and grow relationships to enhance the member benefits portfolio that meets the high standards of MOAA and the expectations of members.  

Career Highlights

  • Served 26 years in the United States Air Force before retiring in 2011 as a chief master sergeant with the 11th Security Force Group and Squadron, Andrews, AFB, Md.
  • Developed MOAA’s new business development process by providing for thorough vetting and detailed analysis, ensuring member benefits correlate with the MOAA brand, and bringing value to MOAA and its members
  • Serves on Board of Directors for a 501(c)(3) non-profit supporting servicemembers, wounded warrior, and homeless veterans, and educating local communities on the importance of military service
