As MOAA's Program Manager, Council and Chapter Affairs, Victoria Twyne provides support to the Council and Chapter Affairs Department to attain chapter recruitment and retention goals for a healthy and vibrant affiliate system and, in turn, supports MOAA’s goal to achieve and sustain maximum advocacy influence in shaping relevant government policy. She assists the senior director and program director in developing new affiliates and assessing and maintaining the health of existing affiliates. Twyne also maintains affiliate records and provides data analysis and program metrics.
