Andrew Byers currently serves as the supportive spouse to his wife, an active duty Marine Corps Warrant Officer, coordinating and executing the recent permanent change of station.

Having served in the Marine Corps himself as an infantryman and now serving his wife in her career, he has an intimate understanding of the issues covering multiple perspectives and communities.

He has previously worked both officially and unofficially in analyzing and managing the policies of the Marine Corps, seeing how and why much of the policies that affect the Service Member and their family are not updated, or are updated improperly or incompletely.

Andrew has recently relocated to Southern California from the National Capital Region after a still-ongoing chaotic Permanent Change of Station and is grateful to be free of the beltway and not feel that the air is trying to kill him.
