Lt. Col. Ronald J. Clark, USMC (Ret)

Lt. Col. Ronald J. Clark, USMC (Ret), is the former Deputy Under Secretary for National Protection at the Department of Homeland Security, where he led 16,000 personnel protecting critical infrastructure. Previously, he served for five years in the White House on the National Security Council as a Director and Senior Director for Defense Policy.

 

Clark is also a retired Marine Corps infantry and force reconnaissance officer who led Task Force Saipan in Rawah and Anah, Iraq. Clark received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester, as well as two master’s degrees and a doctoral degree from the University of Virginia. He currently serves as the CEO of Spartan Strategy & Risk Management.
