Brig. Gen. Robert P. Palmer, USAFR (Ret)

Brig. Gen. Robert P. Palmer, USAFR (Ret), is a 1990 graduate of The Citadel, with a master’s degree in international relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University, and a master’s degree in public affairs from Indiana University. He has served in the Indiana Army National Guard and the Air Force Reserve.

 

He has extensive experience in public affairs, with service as the Chief of Strategic Communications for the National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs for NORAD and U.S. Northern Command, and Director of Public Affairs for Air Force Reserve Command.

 

He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Government Relations for WPS Health Solutions.
