About Our Chapter

Welcome and thank you for visiting the Northeast Georgia Military Officers Association of America (NEGMOAA) Website. As of January 2011, our association numbers 62 members located within the counties of Banks, Barrow, Clarke, Dawson, Fannin, Forsyth, Franklin, Habersham, Jackson, Lumpkin, Rabun, Stephens, Towns, Union and White. This website provides information related to our organization. Additionally, it provides links to important organizations and topics of interest. One of the chief functions of our association and the website is to provide information on how to become affiliated with MOAA and one of our chapters that would be near you. MOAA and NEGMOAA represent one powerful voice in the effort to obtain and secure earned military benefits for all present and past military members and their families. Our chapter is also involved in many activities to foster support for the military and to facilitate relationships between the services and the civilian communities in North
