As MOAA's Director of Government Relations for Currently Serving and Retired Affairs, Lt. Col. Mark Belinsky, USA (Ret), is responsible for legislative advocacy to ensure compensation and benefits, adequately support uniformed servicemembers, retirees, and surviving families. He ensures service-earned benefits are not eroded across the uniformed service community. He also sustains and develops MOAA’s relationships on the Hill and across the uniformed services, and leads working groups across the community of military and veterans service organizations to synchronize targeted advocacy on critical initiatives.
