As Vice President, Membership and Marketing, Kathy Partain is responsible for providing visionary and strategic leadership to strengthen MOAA membership, advance the organization’s brand, and increase awareness of MOAA’s many programs and services.

Prior to joining MOAA in 2009, she served as the director of member services at the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy and associate director of marketing services at the American Physical Therapy Association.

Partain holds a Bachelor of Arts in mass communication/journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Arts in English/Professional Writing and Editing from George Mason University.

Partain also has served on the Marketing Council of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and recently received a certificate in Transformational Leadership from Georgetown University.
