Each year, MOAA’s charities — The MOAA Foundation and the MOAA Scholarship Fund— release an Impact Report which highlights the past year’s accomplishments, shares success stories from real-life beneficiaries, and emphasizes the importance of our work. The report is published each December in Military Officer magazine.
