A Navy veteran with a master’s degree in human resources management from Webster University, Lauren joined the federal workforce as an HR assistant, working in Labor and Employee Relations for the Department of the Navy.
Lauren used the Pathways Program to land a job with the USAJOBS program office at OPM, where she currently works as a Business Analyst and an Engagement Specialist, serving as the unofficial ambassador of Agency Talent Portal to the government. She assists many agencies with special projects and improving their recruitment strategies.
