The Military Executive Transition (MET) seminar is a virtual, one-day workshop geared toward preparing military leaders for civilian careers. The workshop focuses on key aspects of a successful military-to-civilian transition and on veterans seeking advancement in their civilian careers.
The seminar includes insight on how to build a stronger and broader network to accelerate your job search; strategies for using recruiters and executive search firms; self-marketing tools including your résumé, LinkedIn profile, and business cards; as well as interview pointers and best practices for salary and benefits negotiations.
The workshop concludes with a popular panel of successfully transitioned senior officers from a range of industries who share their experiences and insights.

This seminar is offered completely online using GoToMeeting and requires a computer or laptop with a working webcam and microphone, as well as a strong internet connection. We will provide a link to the platform upon registration and 24 hours before the seminar.
